Weddings, Special Events & Facility Rentals

Guidelines for Facility Rental

A Certificate of Insurance is required. All bookings are contingent upon exhibition and studio education schedules. Please call for availability and to set up a time to visit. The rental fee is due 30 days in advance of the evening of your event.

The building will become available to you on the day of your event based on the contracted time. The MYSTIC ARTS CENTER'S Special Events Coordinator must approve arrangements for the delivery of any rentals. The rental fee includes exclusive use of both the interior and exterior of the Center as well as access to parking. Our modern kitchen is available for the outside caterer of your choice.

Alcohol may not be served within one-half hour of the end time for your event. Music should end promptly at the end time of the event in order for the building to be vacated by all guests within one-half hour of the end time. All caterers and liquor purveyors must have Certificates of Insurance on file at the Mystic Arts Center.

Photographers, florists and musicians are welcome at the responsibility of the renter.

A representative of the MYSTIC ARTS CENTER will be on the premises for the duration for the event.
