Weddings, Special Events & Facility Rentals
Guidelines for Facility RentalA Certificate of Insurance is required. All bookings are contingent upon exhibition and studio education schedules. Please call for availability and to set up a time to visit. The rental fee is due 30 days in advance of the evening of your event. The building will become available to you on the day of your event based on the contracted time. The Alcohol may not be served within one-half hour of the end time for your event. Music should end promptly at the end time of the event in order for the building to be vacated by all guests within one-half hour of the end time. All caterers and liquor purveyors must have Certificates of Insurance on file at the Photographers, florists and musicians are welcome at the responsibility of the renter. A representative of the
