Weddings, Special Events & Facility Rentals
Scheduling an EventEvent Times: 5pm-11pm. The facility is available after 3pm for setup and must be cleared by 11 pm, or an additional fee will apply. In-House Caterer: No Outside Caterers: Yes Event rentals (i.e. tables, chairs, tent, dance floor, china, linens): Must be rented separately Alcohol: Permitted with waiver & insurance. Cash bars and kegs prohibited; guest may not supply their own alcohol. Outdoor Ceremony Area: Yes, seasonally. Wheelchair Access: Yes Event Planning: Renter is responsible for all vendors. Our onsite Event Planner can assist you in identifying caterers, florists, photographers and other vendors familiar with our facility. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000 and a signed contract are required to reserve the facility. The deposit is independent of the rental fee, and is non-refundable should you cancel your event. If cleanup of the facility is satisfactory, the deposit will be returned to you within two weeks following your event. Rental Fees: Please call Gretchen Higgins for details, 860-536-7601 x205.
